David, a native of Saugus, is a graduate of Brandeis University and has his law degree from Boston University. He has lived on the South Shore of Boston since 2002. He and his wife Lili (a native of Bulgaria who works as a special projects coordinator in the international investment banking industry) currently reside in South Easton with their sons Daniel and Samuel. David has a passion for real estate, and understands the importance of knowing what his clients need and want when searching for a residence. His law background gives a level of expertise for real estate transactions that make the buying and selling process seamless.
David also has had a career in the food service industry operating restaurants and helping to establish new restaurant locations. This launched him into the field of commercial lease negotiations and the importance of selecting business location. Over the years David has been actively involved in the community volunteering for Shelter Legal Services, working with The Bulgarian School in Boston, and is currently a member of the Real Estate Bar Association. He and Lili are avid skiers and can be found on the slopes in the winter racing down the mountain with their sons.

Lisa, a native of Saugus, is a graduate of UMass Boston and Johnson & Wales University and currently resides in Stoughton. Her first career was in the food service industry where she worked for a variety of locations: The Hilltop Steak House; Houlihan’s, Fred P Ott’s & Crickets Restaurants, Rebecca’s Café and Bruegger’s Bagels. Lisa then put her culinary skills to work as a chef where she successfully owned and operated four restaurants, all under the Bluestone Bistro name. Prior to returning to the Boston area, she has lived in Miami as an event planner creating large events in many unusual locations for well known companies (NFL, Gatorade, etc) with up to 4000 guests at one time.
Currently, Lisa has built a large network within the local community focusing on residential real estate sales throughout the South Shore and Metro Boston. She has worked on many different types of real estate contracts ranging from first time buyer, relocation, short sale, investment property and foreclosure. She was recently ranked the #3 sales agent in the state for September 2014 in Massachusetts. Lisa has a wide range of negotiation skills available at your disposal. She specializes in working with Seniors and their children in transitioning memories, treasures and personal belongings in a stress free and easy manner as they move into a new home. Locally, she is currently a member of the Senior Services Network of the South Shore and does many charitable events with the Order of the Eastern Star and with Stoughton Community Events. Stacy, who has lived in the metro Boston area since 1992, is a graduate of University California at San Diego and currently resides in Reading with her husband for the last 14 years. Her first career was in the medical device industry as both a marketing manager and a territory representative. She had a successful career selling various medical devices to hospitals in New England prior to having her children.
Stacy took over the bookkeeping of Pearle Vision (owned by her husband) and managed all of the store payables as well as some of the human resource responsibilities. In 2020, she and her husband opened a second Pearle Vision on the north shore. This has also provided her with an insight into commercial property. Stacy has successfully transitioned into real estate with a great track record working for both buyers and sellers, and has a great understanding of staging, location and management of the entire process from finding the perfect property to handling the details of a closing. Stacy is involved locally with the Beth Israel Mentoring Mom’s program. In addition, she played and coached soccer until several years ago.

Chris lives with his wife Cheryl and son Tyler in West Peabody. A graduate of Merrimack College, he began his business career as a Licensed Optician and has both managed and owed his own optical franchise. Chris first began in real estate as an investor with multifamily properties, igniting his passion to make it his career as a Real Estate Agent eight years ago. In 1993 he became certified as a Realtor® and also earned a Contractor Supervisor License in 2008.
These certifications give Chris a wide knowledge base for clients, often providing ideas about property that they may not have thought would be possible through his understanding of construction as well as his experience as a Realtor®.
